The tenants you know about have submitted their TI plans or are about to and we should see the majority of those that are all ready signed begin to openin July. We hired the Whole Foods store designer to design PC Greens, so that should be really nice looking.
We are receiving a number of really favorable calls, comments from the community on how 'beautiful' and impressive the buildings look. The interior feel is very nice on the larger restaurant spaces with high window lines and soaring ceilingareas. Extensive planting has already taken place on the site and most of the parking lot is complete.
